I’ve spent my life around sports and education—first as a competitor, now as a coach and mentor. I played football, soccer, basketball, and golf at competitive levels, and those experiences shaped how I see growth, grit, and teamwork.

After earning my MBA from Johns Hopkins, I worked in public schools as both a teacher and athletic leader. I learned how much structure and accountability matter, but also how far a student can go when someone truly believes in them. That balance—high standards with genuine care—guides everything I do.

As a coach, I’ve led programs in football and golf, trained athletes one-on-one, and served in athletic director roles. My focus isn’t only on skills or wins; it’s on building young people into confident leaders who can handle pressure, make sound decisions, and carry themselves with integrity.

The Edge Initiative was born from that passion. It combines my background in psychology, leadership, and management with years on the field and in the classroom. Families who join us can expect clear systems, honest feedback, and a culture that pushes athletes to reach their best while reminding them that heart matters just as much as performance.

At the end of the day, I believe sports are more than games. They’re a training ground for life. And my mission is simple: to help the next generation compete fiercely, lead wisely, and grow into their fullest selves.
